Booking Policy

• All bookings are considered provisional until a deposit is received.
• A non-refundable deposit is required within 4 days of booking to secure your stay.
• Once the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed.
• The remaining balance is payable in full upon arrival, by cash or debit card only.

Pet Policy

• A maximum of one dog is allowed per booking.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet does not cause any damage or nuisance.

Arrival and Departure

• The lodge will be available for check-in after 3:00 PM on your arrival day.
• Guests must vacate the lodge no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Cleaning and Condition

• Guests are expected to leave the lodge in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found.
• Additional cleaning charges may apply if the lodge is left in an unacceptable state.
